DPL Magic/Genesis Marker is the air-cooled diode pumped Nd:YAG C laser marker and sets a new standard
in laser marking.
The new developed, diode pumped, solid state laser, integrated in the compact
laser marker, opens up new dimensions in the field of laser marking technologies
with its increased output power. Specifically for this purpose, a new resonator
conception has been developed which provides at least 7W TEM
at 1064nm on the work piece. In this way, an efficiency of clearly more
than 50% for optical radiation transformation is reached by adjusted overlapping
of the radiation field of the laser diode and the mode volume of the solid
state laser.
Because of the high quality of the laser
beam and the high pulse peak power, generated by the active quality switched
resonator, it is possible to mark materials of all kind, full of contrasts and
fast, i.e. metal, plastic, foils, ceramics etc., it can also cut thin
sheets.

Compactness: The combination of
unique technologies of optics, electronics as well as mechanics the compact
laser marking systems by ACI offer a significant advantage: Integration of all
components in one unit.
The heart of the diode pumped laser
markers is a miniature resonator, which can achieve a very high peak power and
at the same time highest beam quality.
The electronic control unit integrated
into the laser source supervises and controls the complete laser process. The
user will be informed continually regarding the function of the single laser
components by means of WINDOWS-based laser marking software.
Efficiency: Due to the integration
of a thermoelectric air cooling and the high efficiency of the system the
running costs are reduced to a minimum. The medium power consumption of the
laser marking systems is in the range of 200W to 300W.
Robustness: The compact laser
marking systems are designed for the use in industrial environment as well as
for more shift operation. An integrated diagnostic system minimizes down-time
and helps to avoid additional servicing.
Flexibility: The easy integration
of the DPLMagic Marker® or the DPLGenesis Marker® into
existing production lines will be realized by omission of an additional chiller
and power supply unit. Due to a line voltage from 100-240VAC the systems are
ready to operate world wide. To connect production line controls with the laser
will be achieved by the equipped I/O-port.
As a standard equipment the laser
systems come with a pilot laser for easy adjustment.
Precision: With the high beam
quality the compact laser marking systems by ACI produce microprintings,
graphics, bar codes, photos and logos up to 1000 dpi
resolution.
Speed: The high speed scan head
FireScan® offers a significant reduction of the delay times. As a
result the scanning speed will be increased especially with the processing of
small characters. Likewise the FireScan® guarantees positioning
accuracy and repeatability.

ROTARYTableRT400

The indexing rotary table RT400 is the
ideal solution for small-scale and mediumscale series production. Equipped with
two loading positions, the rotating table with a diameter of 400mm rotates to
the next operating position in steps of 180. Laser marking and loading of the
parts can be carried out simultaneously.
The laser unit is mounted on a
motor-operated z-axis, so parts of different heights can be marked. Equipped
with an optionally light curtain as a safety shield, the RT400 can be automated
furthermore by independent rotating cycles of the table. The whole device is
designed as a Table-Top-Solution according to laser protective class
1.

FOILStar3000

At any places where direct laser marking
will not be applicable but a resistant lettering is required the FOILStar3000
offers an interesting marking alternative. Especially when it is required to be
counterfeit-proof and resistant to environmental factors, foils that are able to
be labelled by laser offer an optimum in the field of labelling
technology.
By means of the high-integrated laser
foil labelling device FOILStar3000, now, laser foils can be easily and precisely
labelled. This device accepts laser foils up to a roll diameter of 300mm. The
foil transport as well as the whole process are controlled by the labelling
software included in the system.
This software is also used to design the
labels. Fixed or variable text, codes as well logos can be created easily by
using this software. The laser can also be used to cut the whole label to get
the required dimensions. As a standard the FOILStar3000 is equipped with a
cutter for cutting off complete labels and sets of labels.
It can always be applied where
production safety and quality assurance are required or type plates or labels
are necessary, maybe only for making an inventory.

LIFTBoy100

The LIFTBoy100 offers a pratical
solution for setting varying heights of work pieces. Due to the motor operated
z-axis a variation of 100mm is possible. The height can be adjusted by using the
manual control or alternative via RS232C and the marking software. To find the
right focal height very easy during adjusting the device is additonally equipped
with two red pilot lasers. This reduces setting time in case of frequently
changing products.
The LIFTBoy100 is suitable for self
configuring a manual workplace as well as for integrating the laser into a
production line where a z-axis is requested.

LASER Marking Workstation

The compact Laser Marking Workstation
marks fast and cost-effectively individual parts or small series of products. As
a desk-top device the whole equipment only needs a little space and is
immediately ready to run. The thermoelectric cooling replaces the usal water
cooler.
By an average power consumption of only
200W - 300W the operating costs fall to a minimum. The laser is optionally
controlled manually or by software. By means of the
focus finder function
parts can be arranged and aligned.

INDUSTRIAL LASER Marking
Workstation

The industrial laser safety case is
designed as a manual workstation for small and medium scale series production.
The workspace of 800x800x800mm3 offers room also for bigger work pieces. The
parts can be fixed on a T-groove-plate. 300mm adjustment of the height by means
of the electrical z-axis allows the marking of parts with different height and
can be operated manually by up/down push button or via RS232C by the marking
software.
Two red pilot lasers help to find the
right focal height visually very fast. Due to lockable rollers the whole system
can easily be moved to the particular place of application. For temperature
stabilisation of the work area, the device is equipped with an industrial air
conditioning system.
